Reading it. And yeah - he's right, some of the puzzles in Grim are a fair bit annoying. Such as the one where you're supposed to bring down that huge spinning wood-cutter while Glottis hangs on to it. I probably wasted hours on that one alone.

I'm reminded of a quote from the game (in the tube room) -
