Thanks... Yeah, Azzarello's story was very abrupt and the narration was too hurried. You'd never guess that he'd go on to write 100 Bullets.

Back to writing - awesome! Hate to be a nitpicker, but do you think it might be superfluous asking us to avoid a comic that most wouldn't have heard of before you told us how bad it was? Considering the nature of our music section, I guess it's somewhat hypocritical, but let's hear about the good stuff! If you're operating on a review-as-you-read basis, I guess it's understandable though.

^^You are right. All of the reviews have been on review-after-reading basis. I guess I should get down to reviewing some exclusively good ones then (if they're going to be old comics) and review the newer ones as they come out.

One thing I dislike (what most other sites follow) are those issue by issue reviews of comic series'. I mean, it's alright if a single issue in itself is a very special one (say, like the 60th issue of Y - The Last Man or something) but its quite pointless dedicating an entire review for each single of a big series that comes out. So usually, concerning the newer comics, I'm just waiting for the series to end, however big/small it maybe. What do you guys think?

I'd like to see reviews of the well known stuff. Especially Sandman, V for Vendetta, Watchmen, Transmet, things like that. Maybe the Garth Ennis run on Hellblazer, stuff that you probably know all ready like the back of your hand and can review in your sleep and which is also generally regarded as classic comic literature.

Heh. All of them are 5/5 material afaic.

Oh hell no, reviewing single issues is something that dedicated comic review sites can try doing. Besides, I doubt it'd make very good reading for anyone other than a hardcore fan would find it good reading, and half of your text would be crawling with [Spoiler Alert!] tags.

Wouldn't mind doing a comic review or two, but most of the comics I choose to read these days are your recommendations, and you've invariably already reviewed them. However, I'm through with the 6-issue Wanted and got a couple of MGS comics lined up, and since I'm already seen the movie (for the former) and played the game (for the latter), I might have the ammo to make them count.

Cool. I've played MGS but haven't read any comics. And in case you hadn't seen, I've already reviewed Wanted but multiple reviews would be A-ok in my book.

Daym. My memory is failing me in my old age. Think if I'm doing it, I'll just do the movie review and tie it on with yours. Don't know if it deserves a review, though. Let's see.

I still haven't seen the movie. I don't think I will. But a review'd be cool.
