Ray's Realm Ray, at 50 has all the passion, knowledge and wisdom, but the best part is, he still looks out for killer new music and enthusiastically writes about them on this page. He's heavy on the dirty, raw, old school and some great Celtic music.
The Ripple Effect Very enthusiastic coverage of obscure classics and cool new albums. Like most of our friends, these guys have a broad focus while still having all the love for the heavy shit.
Satan Stole My Teddybear A couple of us read this site regularly. They also used to have a cool second hand store which we used to order from. That went defunct and the site rarely saw updates. They've recently started updating again, so go there por favor!

Virtuosity One Like the name indicates, Andy Craven's site is all about guitar virtuosos, with major focus on prog/neo-classical metal.
Nightwatcher's House of Rock Nightwatcher focuses mainly 70s rooted hard rock and blues rock, and he does that really well.
StonerRock.Com Danno's great work. The site is home to the label Meteorcity, the huge online store All That is Heavy and the main site focuses on all things fuzzy. Ranging from the hypnotic psychedelic bands to the brutal doom bands and everything in between.
BNR Metal Starting out as a great encyclopaedia for metal, it now has more opinionated writeups. Still great and recently got a design facelift.
Innerviews A great site for some intense and in-depth interviews with prog, fusion, jazz, folk and rock musicians.
Metal Archives If you listen to metal, chances are you already know this one. It's a great place to know about metal bands, their discography, line-up, links and most significantly, community contributed reviews of the albums too.
Hellride It's still blocked if we're behind a proxy and we hope they make note of this and have it fixed, because this is a great site for some intense doom and nwobhm style bands. They have a pretty exhaustive store and a cool forum too.
The Jam Hut If you're a musician in Bangalore and looking for a jam room, this is it. We use it, and definitely recommend it. Decent setup and a friendly guy running the place too.
